Fulton Avenue Drawbridge opens to traffic

The Fulton Avenue Drawbridge between Secor Lane and Edison Avenue in Mount Vernon and Pelham Manor has been opened to vehicles and pedestrians.
The bridge had been closed since September because of structural deficiencies detected by crews, according to a news release Friday from Westchester County's Department of Public Works and Transportation. The bridge was kept up and traffic detoured....
