Saying he wants to avoid years of legal wrangling, Greenburgh Mayor Paul Feiner proposed Wednesday to sell a plot of land to "sports bubble" builders Game On 365.
Greenburgh's elected leaders have been pushing the proposed $7 million, 94,000-square-foot Westchester Field House on Dobbs Ferry Road for months, but have been met with opposition at each step.
