The two potential buyers who are interested in turning the former Frank's Nursery site into a sports complex must submit detailed offers by the end of next week -- a deadline set by the Town of Greenburgh that finally might end the turf war over the vacant parcel.
"It's our hope to resolve this matter and sell the land for a recreation use by February," said Greenburgh Supervisor Paul Feiner.
