A Hastings-on-Hudson man died early Tuesday morning after losing control of his vehicle and smashing into parked cars on Warburton Avenue in Yonkers, police said.

The accident happened about 2 a.m. near the intersection of Warburton and Odell avenues. Police later identified the victim as 21-year-old Carter Smith of Hastings-on-Hudson.

Police said no one else was hurt.
