Federal investigators have moved the wreckage of a single-engine plane whose occupants were rescued from the Hudson River on Jan. 27 to a Delaware facility, according to a preliminary accident report.

The National Transportation Safety Board said investigators would conduct a "detailed examination" of the airframe and engine of the Piper PA-32.
