As winter lumbers into its final month, a low front building strength off the coast has meteorologists issuing a "Hazardous Weather Outlook" for the Hudson Valley for the weekend, with possible snow hitting the region.
"Moderate to significant" snow is possible, according to the agency's models, but how much is going to depend on how cold it gets, and forecasters don't have that pinned down...
