Irvington seeks volunteers for Hudson fundraising plunge
The Village of Irvington is seeking volunteers and sponsors for its 2nd Annual Penguin Plunge to be held at 11:30 a.m. March 2 at Matthiessen Park Beach.
The plunge into the Hudson is being held to raise money for village programs not covered in the budget.
