Irvington to reopen historic Tiffany Reading Room Sunday

Readers in Irvington owe village benefactor Charles Tiffany a big one: The land his group donated for the Town Hall requires it to have a public reading room.

Designed by Charles' son, Louis Comfort Tiffany, the famous artist, decorator and glassmaker, the reading room served the village since June 1902, until it fell into disrepair.
