The chairman of the Westchester County Board of Legislators, Ken Jenkins (D-Yonkers), doesn't plan on filing a lawsuit to undo the 2013 budget adopted by lawmakers over his objections last week, said his spokesman, Thomas Staudter, on Thursday evening.
But that doesn't mean someone else can't go to court over the budget, Staudter added.
