A 22-year-old Mount Kisco man, the nephew of Giants owner John Mara, has been accused of hitting a partygoer over the head with a bottle on New Year's Eve, Fairfield, Conn., police said.

The nephew, also named John Mara, was charged with first-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace and surrendered to police in Fairfield on Friday.
