The 22-year-old man who was driven to the emergency room of a New Rochelle hospital by friends and declared dead was identified by police Monday as Justin Moore of White Plains, News 12 reports.

New Rochelle police and the Westchester County medical examiner's office were investigating the circumstances of Moore's death.
