Kerry Kennedy's court case on charges of driving under the influence of drugs has been adjourned until Jan. 15.

The ex-wife of Gov. Andrew Cuomo and the daughter of former Sen. Robert F. Kennedy Sr. was to have appeared in North Castle Town Court on Tuesday. Kennedy, 53, has pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor charge. She faces up to a year in jail if convicted.
