Larchmont plans $2.7 million in drinking water upgrades

With water main breaks on the rise, Larchmont plans an ambitious $2.7 million upgrade of its drinking water operations -- a project that might someday lead to a complete overhaul of the village's aging water supply infrastructure, according to Mayor Anne McAndrews.
