A defense lawyer says a Nanuet man accused of making Facebook death threats against President Barack Obama, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo and other elected officials may be suffering from delusions.

Court-appointed attorney Susanne Brody said in federal court in White Plains Tuesday that she will seek a mental evaluation for defendant Lawrence Mulqueen.
