Two women were killed Saturday after their car struck a tree head-on, State Police said.
Ellen Rann, 70, was driving north at 12:35 p.m. on Interstate 684 in Lewisboro when she veered off road, crossing the right lane and shoulder to the grassy area on the side of the highway where she struck a tree, cops said.
Rann, of Queens, was pronounced dead at the scene when paramedics arrived....
