A Peekskill woman and a Newburgh man were arraigned on murder charges Tuesday in the death of popular Peekskill cabdriver Terry Camper.
Beatrice Camper and John Murray, both 60, are accused of conspiring to kill the 53-year-old cabbie and cash in on a pair of life insurance policies taken out in his name.
