A White Plains man on trial for allegedly killing Jennifer Katz, a Mamaroneck mother of two, claims the woman was already dead, her lifeless body stuffed in a closet, when he came upon her in her home two years ago, his defense lawyer said Friday in opening arguments in his murder trial.
