The trial of a White Plains man accused of killing a Mamaroneck mother of two is set to resume Monday.

Reginald Powell, 56, of White Plains, is accused of killing Jennifer Katz and taking off in her Toyota Highlander with some of her jewelry. Powell is charged with first- and second-degree murder in the Dec. 28, 2010, killing of Katz, who died from stab wounds to the neck.
