Man stabbed after argument in Mount Vernon
A 19-year-old man was in stable condition Thursday after he was stabbed in broad daylight in Mount Vernon, city officials said in a statement.
The victim, who was not identified by authorities, was near West Lincoln Avenue and North Seventh Avenue at 2:20 p.m. when he was stabbed during an argument, Mayor Ernest Davis's office said.
