The leader of the Mount Vernon church that hosts a controversial Westchester County homeless drop-in center rebuked Legis. Lyndon Williams (D-Mount Vernon) on Thursday over Williams' decision to conduct a public hearing focused on the center.
Bishop Collie Edwers, of the Friendship Unified Freewill Baptist Church, questioned Williams' motives.
