Firefighters responding to a report of a burst pipe found a fully equipped marijuana-growing operation inside a former flower shop in Mount Vernon on Saturday, News12 Westchester reported.

The Mount Vernon Fire Department stumbled on the forestlike lab during an early evening call to 137 S. Fifth Ave., where the broken pipe on the building's second floor was causing the building to flood.
