Municipal Marina in New Rochelle

New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson has proposed an increase in fees for local boaters at the Municipal Marina in New Rochelle to help with the budget. Although it is not boating season, the marina was active Tuesday with owners and mechanics preparing boats for the winter and making needed repairs. (Dec. 11, 2012)
