New Cuomo panel discusses education reform in Newburgh

A crowd of about 100 people showed up at SUNY Orange County Community College in Newburgh on Monday to talk about education reform in front of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's New NY Education Reform Commission.

Chairman Dick Parsons, a former CEO at Time Warner, began the hearing by explaining the purpose of the commission, which was established last spring.
