A misplaced electrical cord is to blame for a Mount Kisco fire that required 60 firefighters to extinguish it and left a family homeless, officials said.
Flames broke out Friday night at the home at 18 Nitra Rd. in the Yeshiva Farm Settlement School. Fire trucks from a half-dozen local departments were needed because there were no nearby fire hydrants.
