The average U.S. price of a gallon of gasoline has dropped 10 cents in the past three weeks, according to the Lundberg Survey of fuel prices. 

The survey, released Sunday, puts the national average for price of a gallon of regular at $3.38. Prices across the Hudson Valley are closer to $4 a gallon.   Still, fuel has fallen 46 cents per gallon in the past two months, and the Lundberg Survey...
