A lawyer for the former stripper convicted in the death of her millionaire husband at the Rye Town Hilton says she should not be given a life sentence.
Narcy Novack and her brother, Cristobal Veliz, will be sentenced Monday for the July 2009 killing of hotel heir Ben Novack Jr.
The pair was also convicted in the death of Ben Novack's mother, Bernice, in Florida.
