No-strike clause part of Tappan Zee labor deal

A deal between New York State and 14 major trade unions to build a $5.2 billion replacement for the Tappan Zee Bridge comes with a no-strike promise and more than $450 million in labor savings for taxpayers, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Monday.
