Thursday morning's commute could be wet and foggy, as forecasts predict heavy rainfall will cap off a storm that began Wednesday afternoon and crippled many of the area's major roads.
The sprawling storm shut down roads from Westchester and Rockland counties in the south, to Dutchess and Ulster in the north, bringing a wintry brew of rain, snow and powerful wind gusts to the Hudson Valley.
