Southbound lanes on I-684 near Armonk were closed down late Tuesday night after a crash, State Police said.
A driver headed south on I-684 struck a pedestrian about 9:10 p.m. and then veered off the road near Exit 4, where the highway off-ramp leads to Route 172 in Mount Kisco, according to paramedics.
