Peekskill knifepoint robbery leads to second arrest

Peekskill police have arrested a second suspect in a December armed robbery at a city home, where a laptop and other electronic items were stolen, authorities said.

Jose Rios, 44, of Newburgh, was charged with felony first-degree robbery Jan. 15 after Peekskill detectives Ralph D'Aliso and Marcos Martinez picked him up at an undisclosed location in southern Westchester, Peekskill police Det....
