Peekskill City School District officials have reassigned four guidance counselors in an ongoing investigation into student transcript issues, according to a letter from the superintendent.
The letter to the school community says that during a routine review of course offerings, Principal Fred Hutchinson discovered "transcript irregularities" among students who were already at risk of not graduating....
