A Pomona man is being hailed as a hero Saturday night after he talked a woman out of jumping off of the Tappan Zee Bridge to her death.

Ed Joseph was driving northbound on the bridge when he noticed a woman had pulled her car over and was soon dangling from the ledge. Joseph says the woman was talking on her cell phone with her husband who had just served her with divorce papers.
