State Assemblyman George Latimer garnered more Democratic endorsements Sunday in his bid to succeed Suzi Oppenheimer in the state Senate.
State Sens. Gustavo Rivera (D-Bronx) and Liz Krueger (D-Manhattan) endorsed Latimer's campaign for the 37th Senate District at a news conference in Port Chester. Oppenheimer is retiring after representing the district for more than 28 years.
