The alleged cross-dressing fugitive, wanted for two murders in Yonkers in 2010, could be back in New York within 30 days to face charges after waiving extradition in a Chicago court hearing Monday.
Ronnell Jones, 23, was arrested in Chicago during a traffic stop last week when police found a loaded handgun in the car.
