Rye man, ex-building super, admits sex acts with dog

A man who worked as a building superintendent in the city of Rye has admitted breaking into an apartment at the building and having sex with the tenant's dog, officials said.
Kujtim Nicaj, 43, of Rye, entered guilty pleas Monday to second-degree burglary and sexual misconduct during proceedings in Westchester County Court in White Plains, District Attorney Janet DiFiore said in a statement.
