A Rye man who worked as a building superintendent in the city was sentenced to 6 1/2 years in state prison Tuesday for breaking into an apartment at the building to have sex with a tenant's dog.
Kujtim Nicaj, 44, of 58C Peck Ave., also must complete seven years probation.
