A 37-year-old woman died Saturday morning after the SUV she was driving crashed into an embankment in Sleepy Hollow, village police said.
The 2008 Honda Pilot careened into the ditch near a dead end on Tappan Avenue near Anderson Avenue around 9:49 a.m., police said. The woman, whose name was not released, was found lying on the side of the road by a responding officer.
