A Sleepy Hollow man was sentenced Thursday to one to three years in state prison after pleading guilty to taking videos of women up their skirts at a Target store in White Plains in 2011, officials said.

Jose Piedra, 48, of 18 Kimball Ave., pleaded guilty in Westchester County Court in September to one count of unlawful surveillance, a felony, the Westchester County district attorney's office...
