Sleepy Hollow to Tarrytown: 'We won, they lost' on GM site

The decision by Tarrytown leaders to protest a judge's decision on the future of the long-abandoned former General Motors factory site in Sleepy Hollow will further delay plans to develop the property -- and Sleepy Hollow officials are not yet prepared to talk about how they will respond.
