The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for Sunday, warning of 30-mile-per-hour winds under cloudy skies as Hudson Valley residents dig out from Saturday's storm.

Snow accumulation was lighter in Westchester and Rockland counties, while Dutchess, Ulster and Orange county received several inches of snow, crippling local roads.
