Michael Davitt, who tied up traffic on I-87 as he dangled from the Tappan Zee Bridge for about three hours in 2011, will be going to trial in April, News12 reported.
The Haverstraw resident appeared in Greenburgh Town Court Monday morning and decided to go to trial rather than accept a plea deal calling for him to serve 45 days in jail and pay $5,000.
