Tyler Madoff case: Hawaii tour group permit revoked

The family of White Plains teenager Tyler Madoff applauded a Hawaii board's recommendation Friday to revoke the permit of a tour group that led the July trip in which Madoff was killed.

Tyler Madoff's father, Michael Madoff, told Newsday he's "pleased with the ruling [by the Hawaii Board of Land and Natural Resources] if it improves safety for future travelers."
