Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino appointed Mark Lee McLean to the county's Human Rights Commission, officials said Friday.

McLean, a New Rochelle Fire Department lieutenant and active member of the city's NAACP chapter, will sit as one of 15 members of the commission, according to county officials.
