Discount airline AirTran's departure from Westchester County Airport this summer could mean a nearly $2 million hit to the airport's budget, county officials say.
AirTran cited high fuel prices and a shaky economy when it announced in May that it would stop flying into and out of Westchester come August.
County officials are hoping that rival airlines JetBlue and Delta or another carrier...
