Westchester lifts Hudson River advisory

The Westchester County Health Department has lifted its advisory against contact with the Hudson River in Westchester.
Swimmers, boaters, kayakers and windsurfers are free to resume direct contact with the water, the department said in a news release Tuesday morning.
