Dozens of nurses' aides protested in White Plains Thursday after getting laid off from the Westchester Medical Center.

The aides say they were given little notice before hospital administrators eliminated about 250 positions.

"We want to know why we were given seven days to get off the premises. I've been there 31 years, and have no severance pay and only two months of health benefits,"...
