Edward Berman resigned as chairman of the Westchester County Airport advisory board Wednesday night after more than a decade on the board.

Berman told fellow board members at their February meeting that he recently bought a home in Stamford, Conn., a move that will leave him ineligible to serve out the remainder of a three-year term that ends in December.
