FEMA maps Hudson Valley homes wrecked by Hurricane Sandy
An interactive map released by the Federal Emergency Management Agency shows that more than 4,000 homes were affected by superstorm Sandy storm surges in the Hudson Valley.
Although precipitation amounted only to 1 inch, the storm surges -- which reached up to 15 feet in some areas -- packed a real punch.
