Olympic update: Medal hopes fade for Hudson Valley athletes
It wasn't the greatest of weekends for the Hudson Valley athletes competing in the London Olympics.
The U.S. equestrian show-jumping team -- which includes Brewster’s McLain Ward and former Armonk resident Reed Kessler -- was tied for seventh place after three of its four riders incurred penalties Sunday. Rich Fellers was the only American to have a clear ride.
