Will Smith, Russell Crowe ... and Yonkers? Mayor Mike Spano is hoping for lights, cameras and lots of action with the city's new Office of Film & Photography, announced at a Tuesday press conference. The office will promote the city as a destination for film production crews looking for available studio space or a gritty, urban backdrop to shoot feature movies.
